Stool defines how healthy a person is. While men are less accustomed to facing digestion-related problems, there are some ways to ensure your poop is healthy and you are away from any serious doctor visits with the help of active habits.

The color of a healthy poop is brown due to the bile juice secreted by the liver. Due to the levels of fiber in the meals, the poop may appear green which is nothing to worry about. Always seek a doctor’s advice when you see the color of poop is too dark or light on recurring toilet visits.

Female poop varies diversely from male poop because of the difference in the women’s bowel movements. Women have wider pelvises than men because of the presence of female reproductive organs Uterus and Ovaries. The internal organs in females are smaller.

As per many pieces of research, it has been established that exercising, vigorous movements do not affect enhancing the bowel movements functionality. Healthy poop is the prime indicator of a healthy body and it is crucial to take care of some important facts to ensure healthy digestion and visit the doctor in case of an alarming situation. 

There is nothing as an ideal pooping cycle. You may go once a day or three times a day based on the diet, intake of fiber, menstruation cycle, and lifestyle.

The time when you poop may differ. There is no scientific study to indicate the relation of regular time of pooping with healthy bowel movements. This implies that though it is great to be regular with pooping, it is nothing to worry about if you are not. 

You may feel that you spend more time on the toilet during periods. This is because the hormones released during the menstruation cycle trigger your uterus to contract, which increases the number of times you go to poop.

  1. Male poop is less likely to smell potent and adverse as compared to female poop. This is because men have minute sulfur levels in the body, while females have higher levels of sulfur in the body which is the main contributor to the odor.
  2. Male poop is generally healthy as males are less likely to face bowel-related problems and have biologically fewer digestive ailments. Whereas, Women are more prone to digestive ailments such as inflammatory bowel disease i.e. the disease where the bacteria present in the bowel evoke the immune system to fight against the bowels.
  3. Male poop excretes out of the body more efficiently than female poop. This pertains to males having a shorter Colon size while women have a larger and longer Colon size. The size differs by 10 centimeters.
  4. Abdominal walls in males are more stiff and rigid than in females. Thus, the GI tract functions smoothly.
  5. Male poop travels faster than female poop. The internal organ Colon is positioned higher in males than in females.

You can easily understand the health of a person based on stools. Men and women are different in body structure and hormones. This distinction can also be seen in male and female poops. Male and female poop differs by odor, the inclination towards digestive problems, and the size of internal organs determine the primary variation between the two.

Despite the differences between them, it is always significant to ensure smooth and moving bowel movements. This not only keeps your body functional and light but also eliminates the chances of any potential illnesses a weak or unhealthy stool may cause.
