A part-time worker gets much more benefits than a casual worker as they are working more and it can be counted as an incentive. Casual workers don’t commit enough work to avail these rights, however, in some organizations, casual workers may benefit from such rights as well. However, this is uncommon.
Finally, it depends on the individual; their preferences and flexibility, of what they should opt for. If one has a busier routine and wants some light remuneration and experience, a casual job would be perfect.
However, if one requires a more serious and committing job to earn decent money and avail other rights, they may choose a part-time job.
